Our clients choose between a one-time service, or regular shredding visits at intervals ranging from daily to quarterly. We send our staff to your business (or home or storage site) where they process and destroy your documents on-site using our specialized mobile shredding equipment.
When the shredding is complete, we immediately email you an invoice with a Certificate of Destruction attached for your records. This ensures compliance with HIPPA laws as well as protecting you in case of later legal issues with a client or patient.
How should I store my confidential papers while waiting for shredding services?
For clients requesting repeated shredding services, we provide free delivery of secure bins for your paper storage. These lockable bins are are cleaned, and maintained regularly by our staff during on-site visits. They’re our simple, convenient way of providing you with a turn-key solution to your sensitive documents, while you wait for us to show up right on schedule.
